Money is good. There is a saying that money can make the young son the boss of the family. Even now we can vividly attest to the fact that the love of money is currently breeding all sorts of human wickedness and gradually turning the world into total despair. Money saves, money heals, money brings smiles, money awakens dreams, money makes life easier and solves most problems as well. But did you know that there are some things we can do that can prevent us from lacking money? In this article, I am going to share with you the three things that when you start doing even with the little money you have you will never lack money in your life.
The first thing to do is to pray. As you know prayer is the key to everything and if you want things to work for you successfully, you don’t have to forget prayer. The Bible says in James 1:5 and I quote from the RSV of the Holy Bible ” If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask God, who gives to all men generously and without reproaching, and it will be given him”.
This verse does not apply to only wisdom but to other things. This means that if you need anything, you should ask God and it will be given to you freely.
The second thing to do is to work hard. If you don’t want to lack money, you have to work hard. If you do not work hard you are going to be poor as the Bible says in 2 Thessalonians 3:10 and I quote from the RSV of the Bible “For even when we were with you, we gave you this command: If anyone will not work, let him not eat”.
So to get money, you have to work hard.
The third thing to do is to give. There is a saying that goes that givers never lack. So if you don’t want to lack money, you always have to give. The Bible says in
Luke 6:38 of the RSV Bible and I quote “give, and it will be given to you; good measure, pressed down, shaken together, running over, will be put into your lap. For the measure you give will be the measure you get back.”
So to receive from men, you have to work hard.
The Bible says in Malachi 3:10 of the RSV of the Bible and I quote “Bring the full tithes into the storehouse, that there may be food in my house; and thereby put me to the test, says the Lord of hosts, if I will no
This means that if you don’t want to lack money, you have to not only give to men but also give to God.
