Ghana’s outspoken politician cum media mogul, Hon. Kennedy Ohene Agyapong has given children and staff of Kumasi Orphanage Home a taste of the celebration of his 64th birthday.
He did that by donating a collosal number of food items and learning materials to the home, coinciding the gesture with the day of his birth which fell on Sunday, 16th June, 2024.
Lawyer William Kusi, former Campaign Coordinator for Hon Kennedy Agyapong and the current Ashanti Regional Secretary for NPP’s Reconciliation Committee presented the items on his behalf.
They were received by the Managress of the home, Madam Mabel Penamamg Boamah.
Holding the donation on a day which was also celebrated globally as “Fathers’ Day”, Lawyer William Kusi described Hon. Kennedy Agyapong as a good father and a father for all.
He said credence to the above is his mark of generosity, characterised by his litany of support to the needy regardless of class, tribe, race and religion.
The legal practitioner told newsmen that Hon Kennedy Agyapong still remember Ghanaians and will fulfill every promise made to prove that he is a true father.
He mentioned that Hon. Kennedy is a figure who had a poor beginning in the early stages of his life but has been able to rise to the top, make great wealth and impact.
Lawyer Kusi therefore encouraged the children of the home that, regardless of their current state and background they can also become great personalities in the future.
After receiving the items, Madam Mabel Penamang thanked Hon. Kennedy for the support and for making them part of his birthday celebration.
