Mr. Godwin Hunnuor Bobobee ,a leading Member and communicator of the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC) has stated that, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo Addo, the President of the Republic has no respect for the presidency and for that matter the seat of government.
Mr. Obobobee reacting to the latest revelations surrounding Meek Mills, an American Artist filming the seat of government in performing, that went viral on social media recently.
According to the NDC parliamentary hopeful for Asuogyaman constituency in the Eastern Region, the President has made the seat of government become an edifice of corruption, which he said is disheartening and very sad for the future developmental goals of the country.
He indicated that, today, the governing New Patriotic Party (NPP) communicators act like slaves and can not speak the truth to the electorates that voted the party to government when things are getting out of hands for the fear that when the truth is been put there the President and family members may sideline or kick them out of the government machinery.
Mr. Bobobee was of the view that, president Akufo Addo even respected the father’s house he allegedly inherited more that the presidency or the seat of Ghana government, and for that matter, allow Meek Mills an American artist to performed and filming videos of the presidency to go viral on social media which he will never use the father’s house for.
He disclosed that, it’s long overdue for stakeholders, leaders of religious bodies, Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) in the country to be up and doing by reminding President Nana Addo Dankwah Akufo Addo of his responsibility and what the seat of government stands for, to endure that he put stop of bringing our democracy that brought him to become the president of the republic and the seat of government image into a disrepute.
