Ambassador Nana Ohene Agyekum,  former Ghana’s Ambassador to the United States of America (USA) has made a passionate appeal to Civil Society Organizations (CSOs)and other stakeholders in the Country to show much interest  in the ‘Agyapade3’ documents which is circulating in the public domain with the purported intentions by some small group of people to capture all  state resources.

According to him, the content of the document ,thus ,voting Dr Mahammud Bawumia as the President of the Republic is like changing Ghana’s Constitution by given Nana Addo Dankwah Akufo Addo an extension to remain as the President of the Republic.

The former ambassador at a press conference at his Kumasi based residence stated that, it’s long overdue for every concern citizen in the country to have a critical look at the Agyapade3 document.

According to him, he personally scrutinized the content of the documents carefully, and has realized and believed that should any concern citizen get into the documents, they would be left in no doubt that the President and his family have been up to what the book has predicted.

The statesman, has therefore, called for a discussion of the contents of the book to enable everyone realize how to remedy the state capture attitude.

He stated that, there’s the need for discussing the content of the book to help find solutions to it, including halting the plot to use Dr Mahamodu Bawumia to perpetuate a continuity of the plot, because everything the document popularly known as ‘Agyapade3’ has predicted is playing out according to the script.

Adding that, almost every item and personalities mentioned in the book have played exact roles as stated in the infamous book.

Displaying the ‘Agyapade3’ book at a press conference, Ambassador Ohene Agyekum, who was the former Ashanti Regional Chairman for the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC), disclosed that, the ‘Agyapade3’ book was authored by elements to discredit Dr Papa Kwesi Nduom because his name was mentioned in the book and has suffered exactly the things the book predicted and this cannot be a mere coincidence but a well thought out plan to collapse his business and impoverish him and many others who were mentioned as wielding an influence that needed to be pruned.

The former Ambassador said the book predicted that wealth would be created for persons coming from Kyebi in the Eastern Region, says same has happened and alleged that, the main architect handled such plot was Ken Ofori-Atta, the former Finance Minister.

He said, the plot by the named persons in the book makes the Kyebi people look powerful, as he has heard some people confirmed that the Agyapade3 book was written by the ‘Akyem Mafia’ group but to him, the incidences which are happening is a clear sign that the small Kyebi Family have been on state capture adventure.

He revealed that, it is stated that, the Achimota forest be turned into estate and Ghana card to determine citizenship not birth certificate, Mr Yaw Osafo Marfo, the Senior Minister’s son be appointed as the Director General of SSNIT have all happened.

He stressed that, it is the intention of Akufo Addo and his people to capture the state for that small group, but Ghanaians can not fold their arms to allow that small group to get their way.

He noted that, admittedly there are movements to seek freedom from these people from oppressors rule, and for that matter, entreated Akufo Addo to revise his knowledge in History.

He also explained that, the UGCC was a movement, but when it comes to fighting for freedom it was CPP that struggled and fought to achieve independence from the colonial Masters upon Dr Kwame Nkrumah’s call for independence now agenda.

The UGCC he said was not ready for independence hence their call for gradual independence.

Nana Ohene Agyekum was of the view that, if Ghanaians refuse to change political leadership in 2024 , the country will fall flat.
