Blue Star Hi-Tech Company Limited is OWNED by a CHINESE named ‘HAN GUOQING’

Under the National Lotto Act 722 and Lottery Regulations, NO FOREIGNER or Foreign Company is PERMITTED to operate 5/90 Original Lotto.

Lawyer Sammi Awuku and Lawyer Gary Nimako Marfo are committing acts of illegality by granting license to Blue Star Hi-Tech Company Limited to operate 5/90 Lotto.
