NPP MP Aspirant Assists South Dayi Police With Flashlights

Harriet Aryeh-Lanyo, a parliamentary hopeful for the New Patriotic Party in South Dayi Constituency has donated 60 pieces of specially made led flashlights to the District Police Command for the area.

The gesture, according to the donor is to enhance performance from the Police during night duties.

Madam Aryeh-Lanyo said she was touched by the dedication of the Police to the people of South Dayi.

“I decided to donate these lights to the District Police Command so they could share to enable their men at Peki, Kpalime Duga and Kpeve have acess to same to enhance their night duties”, the NPP MP hopeful stated.

The aspirant has also promised to provide car park shade and waiting arenas for the various Police Headquarters in the constituency.

Vision:
Speaking to this reporter, Madam Lanyo said she had been touring the communities of the constituency to learn of the challenges of the common people and authorities.

She pledged to provide support and assistance to communities she visits with the resources she has.

This, she noted is the desire of her heart since the community gave her life to become impactful.

“I will be doing a lot of visitations and donations to communities in my constituency so that life can be less burdensome for the elders in people in South Dayi”, the MP aspirant stressed.

Appreciation:
The District Police Commander, DSP CNO Quaye in a letter signed on the 13th Day of June, thanked the NPP MP hopeful for the gesture.

He noted that the flaslights would enhance the patrol duties of the personnel.

Some of these gestures, the Commander noted help the Police to perform its duties and mandates effectively.

“Effective policing is a shared responsibility and I am glad that Madam Aryeh-Lanyo has shown the way for others to emulate”, the Commander stated.
