During the presentation, the constituency chairman said former president John Dramani Mahama laid inedible marks in the area hence encouraged him to make the donation.
He revealed that the grassroots are solidly behind him and assured the former president that, he will make sure that he will get 100 percent votes from the delegates in the Tano South constituency so he should rest assured.
He therefore used this opportunity to appeal to the entire NDC party members to work hard to bring the National Democratic Congress (NDC) party into power to continue the projects started by former president John Dramani Mahama in the constituency as well as the other 274 constituencies.
He was optimistic that the hardship they are witnessing under the NPP government now is indication that Ghanaians really wants Mr. John Dramani Mahama and NDC back.
Furthermore, in fact Ghanaians are crying for John Mahama to come remove them from the economic hardship the Akuffo-Addo government has brought, today Ghanaians are suffering and we are in Satan’s fire. We can’t buy food stuff and we cannot also buy fuel.
