NPP Parliamentary candidate for Atwima Mponua Constituency in the Ashanti Region,Mr Seth Akoto, has paid a courtesy call on the Chief of Toase, Nana Yim Awere Ababio, to seek his blessings ahead of the 2024 general elections.
Mr Seth Akoto after his election as Npp parliamentary candidate for the said constituency, is embarking on a thank you tour to express his gratitude to Chiefs, Churches, stakeholders who played a vital role in securing his victory.
He used the opportunity to reveal his future plans for the constituency.
According to him ,his constituency which is a farming area will see a lot of improvement after he had secured victory in election 2024.
Mr Seth Akoto said, he would implement a special policy for farmers, traders, fisherfolks and will give scholarship to students and teachers who want to further their studies outside the country.
Nana Yim Awere Ababio, in welcoming the parliamentary candidate to his palace, called for decorum and civility in his campaign as well as peaceful and incident-free elections.
He advised that ,it was about time we need to bury our political differences and put Ghana first in everything we do,this he said will help develop Ghana for the betterment of ourselves and generations yet unborn.
