The District Chief Executive for Sekyere Kumawu, Hon Samuel Addai Agyekum has been eulogized by President Nana Addo Dankwah Akufo-Addo and Barima Sarfo Tweneboah Kodua,Omanhene and President of Kumawu Traditional Council.
According to Barima Sarfo Tweneboah Kodua, ” Hon. Samuel Addai Agyekum, cannot be discounted when it comes to the reconstruction and completion of the Kumawu District Hospital.
He revealed that,the affable political Messiah (Addai Agyekum )is a team player, respectful, competent and hardworking.
He added that ,Hon Addai Agyekum who is a communication strategist together with Hon.Ernest Yaw Anim, the Member of Parliament for Kumawu Constituency who is a unifier unique leadership style is delivering development to the area.
The chief indicated ,the two individuals simply make the work easier for Nananom.
He therefore thanked President Nana Addo, President of the republic, for given them such a wonderful competent DCE as a leader of the District.
On the part of President Akufo Addo, he said “I saw all those qualities in Agyekum, and I chose him”..
This was said about the Sekyere Kumawu District Chief Executive during the Commissioning of the Kumawu District Hospital on the 17th of July, 2024 at Kumawu before durbar of Chiefs and elders, Assembly Members, the Clergy, government officials other invited dignitaries and identifiable groups.
People however praised his submissiveness and easy-going lifestyle .
Hon. Samuel Addai Agyekum who was appointed by President Akufo Addo has been at post since 2017 as the District Chief Executive for the good people of Sekyere Kumawu and a versatile Communcator for the government and the New Patriotic Party.
