Mr. Opoku Kofi Williams ,a native of Ejisu-Besesse in the Ashanti region is likely to suffer banishment from traditional authorities and family members in Ghana for allegedly engaging in bisexual activities in Canada.
This harsh decision was taken by family members and the traditional authorities in Ejisu-Besesse, after OPOKU Kofi William’s pictures with gays and lesbians surfaced on the internet.
The angry and aggressive family members considered the activities of their son as barbaric and abominable which should not be entertained as a cultured family.
They consider gayism, lesbianism and bisexuality as activities of the animals and any individual who engages in such activities is considered to be an animal and should not be allowed to mingle with human beings in the society.
They have, however planed to deal with OPOKU Kofi William drastically wherever they see him in Ghana.
Kofi OPOKU Williams has left his family in Ghana in trauma after his pictures with a group of people engaging in bisexual and homosexual activities surfaced up from unknown source.
Family members were shocked after seeing what they described as unpalatable pictures of their ward who is now moving with gays and lesbians in Canada.
Both the family and traditional authorities are now furious and have vowed to skin him alive if they find him because he has put the entire family and society into shame and they have the fear that his return to the community would influence the youth negatively.
It may be recalled that in October,2024 the Member of Parliament for Ningo-Prampram, Hon Sam Nartey George led pastors, Chiefs and Imams to demonstrate against LGBTQ+ in the Country.
This and other foregoing characters have compelled the family members of Kofi Opoku Williams to take serious actions against their ward if he dares return to Ghana.
Source has it that a group/community named “The 519” in Canada where Mr. Opoku Kofi Williams currently lives has also expressed their love and support for him and they have fully accepted him to be a member regardless of his sexuality due to the threat from his family members and the society in Ghana.
