Nana Ayebiafo Jnana, the Nkosuohene of Dumasua and Founder of Transformation 108 Foundation, has advised Ghanaians, especially the youth, to prioritize seeking knowledge as the backbone of self-elevation.
Transformation 108 Foundation is a Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) that provides people from all walks of life with assistance, spiritual guidance, mentorship, and career life coaching.
According to him, knowledge is vital in any initiative or business one ventures into for positive transformation and progress. He noted that it is essential to seek knowledge as a priority, and if one is to accept any gift from anybody, it must be knowledge, not money or material things for short-term self-satisfaction.
Speaking to the media, Nana Jnana emphasized that there are countless things happening under the sun on earth that many people have no knowledge about, and ignorance can never be an excuse.
He stressed that just because one does not understand something does not mean it does not exist. He added that it’s never too late for anyone, regardless of age or sex, to seek knowledge, because life is a continuous process of learning, and nobody is above learning, criticizing, and correcting for perfection.
Nana Jnana used the example of the sun, which appears small when viewed from earth, but is actually one million times larger than the earth. He explained that even a flight from Ghana to the United States, which travels at 950 kilometers per hour and takes 10 hours, would take one million times longer to reach the sun.
He emphasized that one’s lack of knowledge about something does not mean it does not exist and urged everyone, especially the youth, to seek knowledge first in all their endeavors to get elevated in life.
