Amenfi Central MP Champions Road Development with GHC 28,000 Donation

Hon. Joana Gyan Cudjoe, Member of Parliament for Amenfi Central, has reaffirmed her commitment to improving the lives of her constituents through a significant donation of GHC 28,000 to support the reshaping of a critical road stretch in the constituency.

The initiative, undertaken in collaboration with the District Chief Executive (DCE) for Amenfi Central, aims to revitalize the Donkorkrom-Obibakrom-Appiahkrom-Fourdjourkrom-Ankasie road, which has remained in disrepair for over a decade.

Hon. Joana Gyan Cudjoe becomes the first MP to spearhead such an initiative in the area, marking a significant milestone in the history of Amenfi Central.

The donation facilitated the equipping of the DRIP machine with fuel, ensuring the successful execution of the project and improving connectivity for residents.

The people of Amenfi Central have commended Hon. Joana Gyan Cudjoe for prioritizing their interests and welfare, demonstrating her dedication to improving the lives of her constituents.

This initiative is part of Hon. Joana Gyan Cudjoe’s broader vision for transforming Amenfi Central.

Her leadership has been instrumental in driving development projects, including :

A multi-purpose hub designed to revolutionize education and healthcare in the constituency, featuring a university, junior and senior high schools, a Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) center, and a dedicated school for mining.

Investing GHC 3.6 million in initiatives aimed at youth empowerment, entrepreneurship, and community infrastructure, including donations of hairdryers, sewing machines, cutlasses, and streetlights to support skill acquisition and small business development.

Hon. Joana Gyan Cudjoe’s commitment to empowering communities is evident in her various initiatives, including :

– Bridge Construction: Constructing a bridge at Anomatewa-Beposo to improve access and safety for residents.

– Supporting Education: Donating GHC 100,000 to level 400 business students at the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA) to support their catfish business project.

Her dedication to improving the lives of her constituents has earned her recognition and appreciation from the people of Amenfi Central.
