“We are excited to see one of our own rise to such a position of influence,” said Deigã Kwadzo Dei XII. “But remember, do not disgrace this land or betray the trust placed in you by the President.
Carry our name with dignity, and let your success bring honor to South Dayi.”

The chief also called for unity among the people, urging Ghanaians to support rather than envy individuals entrusted with leadership.

Dr. Ampofo’s next stop was the Kpali Traditional Area, where Torgbegã Atikpladza Agbi Yao offered his prayers and blessings.

“Uplift the image of this land and carry out your duties as if each day were your last,” the paramount chief advised.

At tongor, the reception was equally warm as the team met with the Tongor and Zendo traditional authorities. The Chiefs and Queen mothers welcomed their former legislator with open arms.

In his remarks, Dr. Ampofo emphasized the centrality of integrity and good name in leadership.

“I carry with me the hopes of South Dayi and Ghana,” he said. “I will strive to bring opportunities for development and build enduring legacies that will make our people proud.”

He assured the chiefs and people of his unwavering commitment to uphold their trust and serve as a worthy representative in Hungary.
