Hon. Kofi Amankwah Manu, former Defense Minister and Member of Parliament for Atwima Kwanwoma in the Ashanti Region, has stressed that unity within the New Patriotic Party (NPP) is crucial for securing victory in the 2028 general elections.
Speaking at a clean-up exercise organized by polling station executives in Aboabo Kesse in the Atwima Kwanwoma Municipality, Hon. Manu urged party members to set aside their differences and work toward a common goal.
He encouraged them to support whoever emerges as the party’s flagbearer following the January 31, 2026, presidential primaries.
At the event, Hon. Manu also addressed concerns about pedestrian safety on the highway, promising to engage with authorities to construct speed ramps and reduce accidents. This commitment was well received by the community, which is eager to see improvements in local infrastructure.
Hon. Dr. Emmanuel Asuah Dadzie, Assembly Member for the Kwanwoma Electoral Area in the Atwima Kwanwoma Municipality in the Ashanti Region, praised party members for their dedication to the clean-up exercise, highlighting their commitment to community service.
