As part of activities marking its 30th anniversary in Ghana, MTN Ghana has hosted another edition of its Bright Conversations series, featuring the company’s Chief Home Officer, Richard Acheampong.
The event which was held today, Monday, July 20, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at the MTN Media Center, where journalists, media stakeholders and invited guests were engaged in an interactive discussion on issues relating to customer experience, innovation and the company’s service delivery.
The dialogue forms part of MTN Ghana’s year-long activities commemorating three decades of operations in the country under the theme of celebrating partnerships, innovation and digital transformation.
The Chief Home Officer, Richard Acheampong oversaw, MTN Ghana’s home broadband and fixed connectivity business, leading initiatives aimed at expanding reliable internet access to homes and businesses across the country.
His appearance at the Bright Conversations platform provided participants with insights into the company’s home connectivity strategy, technological innovations and future plans for Ghana’s digital ecosystem.
The session offered media practitioners the opportunity to interact directly with the senior executive on issues affecting the telecommunications industry, broadband expansion, customer satisfaction, emerging technologies and MTN’s contribution to Ghana’s socio-economic development.
