The District Chief Executive, Hon. Abubakar Sedik, commended the Assembly Members and technocrats for their commitment and cooperation in driving the district’s development agenda. He urged all stakeholders to continue working together to ensure effective implementation of the approved plans and policies.

The meeting also provided a platform for members to review ongoing projects, evaluate performance under the 2025 plan, and make recommendations for improvement.

The DCE reaffirmed the Assembly’s commitment to transparency, accountability, and inclusive development, emphasising that the approved budget will focus on priority areas such as education, health, infrastructure, and local economic development.
