The Ahafo Ano South West District Assembly Welfare, in collaboration with the District Chief Executive (DCE), Hon. Abubakar Sedik has organised an end-of-year party for workers of the Assembly as part of efforts to appreciate their dedication and commitment throughout the year.
The colourful event, which brought together staff from various departments and units of the Assembly, provided an opportunity for workers to relax, interact and reflect on the achievements and challenges of the year under review.
Speaking at the gathering, Hon. Abubakar Sedik commended staff for their hard work, professionalism and sacrifices in supporting the development agenda of the District. He noted that the progress recorded by the Assembly would not have been possible without the collective efforts of workers and urged them to continue giving their best in the coming year.
As part of the celebration, the DCE rewarded hardworking and dedicated staff with cash awards in recognition of their outstanding performance and commitment to duty. He emphasised that the gesture was meant to motivate workers and encourage a culture of excellence, dedication and teamwork within the Assembly.
The Welfare Chairman, James Korkor in his remarks, expressed gratitude to the DCE and management of the Assembly for their continuous support of staff welfare. He also thanked all workers for their cooperation and contributions towards the success of welfare activities during the year.
The event was marked by music, refreshment and social interactions, fostering unity and strengthening the bond among staff of the Ahafo Ano South West District Assembly.
