Aowin Const.: Re-run of Assistant Secretary, Organizer and Women Organizer Positions of the NPP Slated For 8Th February,2023

Re-run of NPP Aowin Constituency elections in the Western North Region has been scheduled on the 8th February,2023 at the community Durbar grounds at Enchi,the municipal capital.

Executing the directives given by the National Executive Committee through a Memorandum dated 28th December, 2022 to the Regional Executive Committee and the constituency executive committee on the Re-run of the above mentioned constituency positions in the Aowin constituency, the following procedures have been taken:

1. The date for the election as published has been fixed on the 8th February, 2023 at 10am.

2. The venue of the program is the Community Durbar Grounds, Enchi

3. Nomination was opened on the Thursday, 26th January 2023 and came to an end on the Friday, 27th January, 2023.

4. All invitations/Notifications have been served to the various institutions, specifically, the Electoral Commission and the Ghana Police Service.

After the closure of nomination, the following aspirants submitted their filled forms and other documents as required :

(A) : CLIFFORD KWESI
Aspiring Position : Assistant Secretary

(B) : BENSON PRINCE AFFUL
Aspiring Position : Organizer

(C) : MORCHER JOANA OPOKU
Aspiring Position : Women Organiser

The Elections Committee and the Regional Chairman, Hon. Benjamin Armah would like to use this medium to express a high level of gratitude to the Aowin Constituency leadership and all stakeholders in the region for the maximum support given in making the process Free and Fair in accordance with the tenets of Democracy.

In unison and fairness, we shall come out from this pending election with a readiness to win power for our party.
