There has been some growing concerns about the slow pace of infrastructure development in the Ashanti Region particularly lack of Interchanges at the roundabouts of Suame, Bekwai, Santasi, Airport, Anloga Junction and uncompleted Sofoline Interchange.

However, Mr. Sarfo Raphael Patrick has assured the people of Asanteman not to be weary because the NPP Government within the next two years before 2024 general elections will ensure that a good number of infrastructure projects are undertaken and completed. He therefore urges the Youth to stop murmuring and complaining because the worst of NPP is the best of NDC.

Ashanti Region has experienced a good number of roads project under the Government’s Year of Roads initiative and certainly more of such projects will continue under NPP Government.

The Ashanti Regional Youth Organizer also stated that, NPP Government has tremendously done well in all the Sectors of the economy despite global crisis of COVID-19 and Russia-Ukraine War.

Yes, there has been some challenges and delays but we need to have the assurance that Akufo-Addo’s Government will definitely deliver on its promises to the good people of Ashanti Region and Ghanaians at large before the end of his tenure.

Mr. Sarfo Raphael Patrick commended Akufo-Addo’s Government for the expansion of various infrastructure projects at the Senior High Schools 1D1F, Ambulances, Kumasi Airport and host of other developmental projects in the Region.

The Ashanti Regional Youth Organizer however calls on Government to expedite action and press on the Road Minister to start the construction of the Interchanges the Government promised the Region because there is the urgent need to consolidate the Stronghold and the heart of the Party before voter apathy set in.
