The Ashanti Regional Office of the Public Utilities Regulatory Commission (PURC), under the leadership of *Mr. EDWARD Kingstony Boduah, the Ashanti Regional Manager, has been adjudged the overall best-performed regional office for 2025, surpassing 11 other regional offices in Ghana.*

This prestigious accolade is a testament to the office’s unwavering commitment to excellence in regulating the electricity and water sectors in the region. The Ashanti Regional Office has consistently demonstrated exceptional performance in:
– Promoting the Visibility of the Commission
– ⁠Resolving consumer complaints
– Ensuring regulatory compliance
– ⁠Achieving tremendous regulatory impact
– Promoting consumer education
– Fostering transparency and fairness in utility services delivery
