Basically, you will begin to act more like a woman which is bad for the production of healthy sperm which leads to impotence. And an excessive amount of estrogen within the human body causes many problems like reduced sperm quality, an enlarged prostate, male impotence, and decreased sex drive.

White bread. There have been many studies showing that white bread is one of the foods that causes impotence in men because of the highly processed flour and additives. Eating too many white carbs can cause you to gain more weight, and having an extra tire (flabs in a man’s body) has been shown to boost a man’s estrogen levels and lower testosterone. If you eat too much bread, because of all the carbs, salt, refined sugar and preservatives that it contains, it can make you put on some extra weight!
