Mrs. Joana Gyan Cudjoe, the NDC parliamentary candidate for Amenfi Central Constituency was attacked by NPP thugs while concluding her campaign efforts to secure the parliamentary seat for the National Democratic Congress (NDC) in the upcoming general elections.
The incident occurred as she wrapped up her campaign at Adjakamanso in the Amenfi Central constituency in the western region of Ghana. Her campaign journey began at midday on November 30, 2024, covering various locations until the unfortunate event took place.
The NPP thugs mistakenly attacked her RAM vehicle thinking she was in her usual campaign vehicle by breaking the vehicle grasses, cracking the windscreen, and beating some campaign team members.
Further details will be provided as Mrs. Cudjoe and her team have officially reported the incident to the Wassa Dominase police station.
