Chairman Wontumi Spits Red On NDC Over Break The 8 Agenda

The Ashanti Regional Chairman of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Bernard Antwi Boasiako has spat red on the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC) saying it cannot stop the NPP from winning the 2024 election.

According to Chairman Wontumi, the NDC succeeded in resisting the ruling party from breaking the 8 in 2009.

But addressing Delegates at the NPP National Delegates Conference held at Heroes Park, Kumasi, Chairman Wontumi was quick to say that the largest opposition party cannot succeed same in 2024.

The Ashanti Regional Chairman of the NPP said should the NDC come to power in 2024 it will collapse the social intervention policies President Akufo- Addo has introduced.

According to him, NDC collapsed the policies former President Kufuor introduced and they should not be an alternative.

He, however, called on the members to be on a united front to propel NPP to break the 8.
