Church of Pentecost Donates GHS 100,000 to Support Police Headquarters Construction in Tatale-Sanguli

The Chairman of The Church of Pentecost has honoured his commitment to support infrastructure development in the Tatale-Sanguli District in the Northern Region with a generous donation towards the construction of a District Police Headquarters.
In a brief but significant ceremony held on April 9, 2026, at Yendi,the Area Headquarters of the Church,a cheque for GHS 100,000 was officially presented to the District Chief Executive (DCE), Hon. Mary Tagba.
The presentation was made by the Area Apostle on behalf of the Chairman, fulfilling a pledge aimed at strengthening security infrastructure in the district.
The event brought together key stakeholders, reflecting a spirit of unity and shared responsibility for development.
Hon.Mary  Tagba was accompanied by a delegation that included Pastor Napoleon Eyram, the Tatale District Pastor of the Church, staff of the District Assembly, executives of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), and other party faithful.
Addressing attendees, the DCE expressed profound appreciation to the Church for what she described as a timely and impactful intervention.
She noted that the construction of a District Police Headquarters is a critical step toward enhancing law enforcement capacity, improving public safety, and maintaining peace within the district.
“This support from the Church of Pentecost is not only generous but also strategic. It will significantly boost our efforts to provide the necessary infrastructure for effective policing and security management in Tatale-Sanguli,” Hon. Tagba stated.
She further emphasized the importance of partnerships between faith-based organizations and government institutions, noting that such collaborations are essential for accelerating development in underserved areas.
The donation underscores the longstanding commitment of the Church to national development and community transformation.
