The Ashanti Regional Women’s Organiser for the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Nana Ama Ampomah has urged party faithfuls to consciously conduct themselves very well ahead of the 2024 General elections.

She noted that Ghanaians take into consideration the manner politicians talk and the behaviour of their followers to make a decision on voting day.

Addressing a women’s wing conference at the Subin constituency last Friday, Madam Ampomah noted that the Ghanaian voter is wide awake and discerning.

“I therefore ask that as women’s wing we lead the way by conducting ourselves well in both speech and behaviour so that we could win more people into the fold of the NPP”, Madam Ampomah appealed.

COMMITMENT:
Madam Ampomah pledged her commitment to using her office to resource the women’s wing ahead of the 2024 elections.

She also promised to lobby for support for the women groups in the party so they could fulfill their mandates as party persons.

Madam Ampomah said the Women’s Wing should be able to lead the upcoming campaign of the party since they have been the largest beneficiaries of the policies of the NPP government.

“As women’s wing we should ready ourselves to lead the next campaign of the NPP and win more people to our fold because we have more to say about the policies of the party”, Nana Ama posited.

MEMBER OF PARLIAMENT:
Hon Eugene Boakye Antwi,  Member of Parliament for Subin commended the women’s wing for the conference.

He urged them to pass on lessons and advice they have gotten from resource persons at the conference to others who were unable to attend.

“NPP would still need the support, industry and skills of our women’s wing to be able to prosecute a potent campaign ahead of the 2024 polls” the Subin MP stated.

Other members of the party who were in attendance were Madam Serwaa Daakyi Former MCE Ejisu, Francis Adomako, Ashanti Regional Organiser and Allen Gyimah, Assistant Secretary of the Ashanti NPP as well as Subin NPP constituency executives.
