Defamation court case against Hon. Okudzeto Ablakwah adjourned until further notice

Defamation court case against Hon. Okudzeto Ablakwah has been adjourned until further notice.

The court agreed that the procedure of serving the MP was unconstitutional.

The court has therefore directed that the MP be properly served through the Speaker of Parliament.

Present at the court were Professor Jane Naana Opoku Agyemang, GS Hon. Fifi Kwetey, Hon. Nelson Dafeamekpor, Hon. Sosu, etc etc amidst heavy crowd of party supporters, chiefs and people of Tongu, Ketu etc etc as well as other well-meaning Ghanaians.

Meanwhile, Rev. Victor Kusi-Boateng and Kwabena Adu Gyamfi were not in court.
