Deputy Chief Of Staff Calls For Peace Among Ejuraman

The Deputy Chief of Staff ,Mr. Emmanuel Adumua Bosman has  urged the people of Ejura municipality in the Ashanti Region to always maintain peace among themselves before, during and after the Ejura Sekyerene festival.
He said, due to the high crime rate in the Ejura municipality, this year’s Sekyerene festival was centered on peace and appeal for funds for the completion of the Divisional Police Headquarters at Ejura.
He made this known yesterday at Ejura during the celebration of Sekyerene festival celebrated by the chief and people of the area .
Speaking at the event, Barima Osei Hwedie II,Ejuramanhene  used the occasion to appeal to the youth to always be law abiding citizens.
It was his prayer that, Ejuraman develops in terms of having enough social amenities and quality education.
To support ,the whole initiative started by the king of Ejura, Barima Osei Hwedie, in the completion of the Divisional Police headquarters,  other important dignitaries made it to the program.
The chief through his representative, expressed his profound gratitude to the people who made it to the program and making it successful.
The MP for Ejura Sekyere Odumase, Alhaji Bawa Braimah, speaking at the ceremony, also appealed to the  people to be at peace to dispel the bad image attached to the  Ejura municipality.
On his part,Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs, Mr.Kwaku Ampratwum Sarpong also advised the youth to always let peace prevail because it is only way to ensure development.
