Justice Nana Akwasi Denkyi , NDC Parliamentary candidate for Subin has admonished the Despite Media group to stop the cheap propaganda against the NDC regarding the recent train accident involving the newly imported train during a test run on the Tema-Makapadan railway line.
According to him, the Despite Media group has since consistently attributed the accident to the NDC as the brainbehind noting that it is in bad taste and not the best as a media house.
He pointed out that the NDC is a matured political party and can not stoop too low to dabble in cheap political course.
He said the comments therefrom by the Despite media Group, which seek to discredit the NDC are irrelevant.
The Subin PC reminded the media House that there are more pressing to talk about in the country saying their agenda would not wash because Ghanaians are now more discerning.
Addressing the press yesterday, Nana Denkyi was not happy about the way and manner the Despite media attributed the incident to the NDC.
He was of the view that the accident which occured was intentional and believe it was calculated attempt to make profit for the Ministry of Railways.
He said the Railway Ministry is looking for various avenues to borrow money in the name of maintenance to finance Dr. Mahamodu Bawumia’s campaign ahead of election 2024.
He called on the Criminal Investigation Department of the Ghana Police Service and the National security agencies to take immediate steps to investigate the matter and bring those behind the accident to book.
