Dr Afriyie Akoto suspends Ashanti Regional Campaign tour to mourn Mrs Theresa Kuffour

Dr Afriyie Akoto ,Presidential aspirant hopeful for the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP), has suspended his 10-days campaign tour of the Ashanti Region following the demise of former First lady, Mrs Theresa Kuffour

Mr. Akoto announced this at his residence in Kumasi today.

According to him,a new date for the tour will be communicated later.

“We didn’t hear good news yesterday. We just received some very sad news that our former first lady has passed on and it makes it impossible for us to continue this campaign tour of the Ashanti Region.”He indicated
