Cauliflower: Cauliflower is rich in vitamin C and in folate and fibre, which destroys toxic substances.

Garlic: Garlic has antimicrobial properties that reduce cholesterol and inflammation.

Onions: Onion has compounds which give it its pungent smell and cleanse the kidney.

Apples: Apples lower cholesterol, and prevent toxins and constipation.

Blueberries: Blueberries contain anthocyanidins, which reduce inflammation and risk of kidney disease.

Strawberries: Strawberries contain anthocyanins and ellagitannins, which combat oxidative damage.
