Reliable Information reaching broadcastergh.com indicates that the scholarship secretariat of Ghana will be opening its portal next week.
According to the source of information which is authentic, the portal will be opened for students to apply to benefit for the scholarships award for the 2021/22 academic year.
The source further adds, the scholarship secretariat online portal will only be opened for all continuing students. However, students who previously benefitted from the scholarships can also log in and updates their information to renew their scholarship.

In 2019, the first ever decentralised scheme of scholarships was launched in Ghana at Ghana National associations of teachers ( GNAT) Hall in Fijai, Secondi
The introduction of this scholarship scheme was to help students and parents in the payment of academic user fee of beneficiaries in both Public and private tertiary institutions in Ghana.
Since 2019, thousands of students have indeed benefitted from the decentralised policy.
Last week, a fake announcement of the opening of the portal was seen going viral on Social media. The scholarship secretariat cautioned students not to engage with any unscrupulous people and rather wait for the appropriate time for the official Re opening of their portal.
