Gyataba Defends President Mahama Against Allegations of Plot to Harm Vice President

Dr. Nana Agyenim Boateng, founder and leader of the United Front Party, has come out strongly against critics who suggest that President John Dramani Mahama intends to harm his Vice President, Nana Jean Opoku Aggemang.

According to Dr. Boateng, it’s illogical to assume that President Mahama would gain anything from harming his Vice President.

“I’ve known President Mahama for a long time, and I can confidently say he’s not a murderer,” Dr. Boateng emphasized in an exclusive interview with the Punch newspaper.

He also cautioned Ghanaians to be mindful of how they attribute the Vice President’s illness to the President, noting that ailments can affect anyone in the country.

Dr. Boateng’s emotional plea stems from his dissatisfaction with how Ghanaians are handling the Vice President’s illness. He urged the public to pray for her speedy recovery and return to the country in good health.

Moreover, he encouraged Ghanaians to remain focused on national development.

It’s worth noting that Nana Jean Opoku Aggemang is a renowned Ghanaian academic and politician who has served as Minister for Education and running mate to President Mahama in the 2020 election .

Her contributions to Ghana’s education sector and politics are significant, and her well-being is of national interest.
