Joana Gyan, Chairperson for John Dramani Mahama’s campaign in the Amenfi Central constituency in the Western Region has officially apologized to Hon. Peter Kwakye Ackah, the incumbent Member of Parliament for the area.

In a statement copied to broadcastergh.com today, she indicated that “I, Hon. Joana Gyan of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), extend a sincere apology to our incumbent Member of Parliament, Hon. Peter Kwakye.

In the spirit of unity and our shared commitment to the progress of our beloved constituency, I acknowledge that our internal party processes may have caused unintended divisions. I deeply regret any perceived disrespect or misunderstandings that may have arisen during our campaign.

As we approach the December 7th election, it is crucial to set aside our differences and work together to secure a resounding victory for our great party, the NDC.

Hon. Peter Kwakye, I extend an olive branch and invite you to join forces with me. Let us unite our efforts, leverage our collective strengths, and deliver Amenfi Central for the NDC.

Together, we can achieve greatness and continue to serve our constituents with dedication and integrity.”

Thank you, and let us march towards victory in unity!

Sincerely,
Hon. Joana Gyan
