John Kumah, deputy finance minister is not fit to lead the people of Ejisu constituency in the Ashanti Region, says Richmond Nana Bawuah, Political activist.

According to Richmond Nana Bawuah,Hon. John Kumah ,MP for the above constituency has failed the people of Ejisu as a Member of Parliament in the area.

Nana Bawuah said, the MP was voted by the people of Ejisu to create job opportunities, help construct roads in the constituency and other things.

“Hon. John Kumah being a deputy finance minister has not created any opportunity for any constituent but rather creating these opportunities for those who supported him with his campaign.

Yesterday, I met with some concerned people at Ejisu who are really disappointed in the member of Parliament and even told me they will vote him out in the 2024 elections. Hon. John Kumah is a member of parliament for Npp members in Ejisu not Ejisu as a constituency. As a concern constituent and an activist, I went across many branches at Ejisu and some even said, Hon. John Kumah promise to construct an Astroturf for them and now they have left it there without doing it again, which has limit the level of entertainment in various branches in Ejisu. They told me since am there to here them out, they send a strong message to Hon. John Kumah that they will vote him out.

Instead of the Member of parliament promoting development in the constituency, he is rather making himself rich by creating jobs for himself which is generating a lot of income for him. As a constituent, I also send this message to my MP to do the needful for the constituency in other to promote development in the constituency. Ejisu is a popular constituency and it shouldn’t be this way, the only development Hon. John Kumah has done is building a Constituency Party Office for the NPP which is even questionable. Hon. John Kumah will should do the needful for the constituency.”He concluded.
