The founder and leader of the great United Front Party (UFP),Dr.Nana Agyenim Boateng, popularly known as ‘Gyataba’ has said that ,Nana Addo Dankwah Akufo Addo , president of the republic must be blamed for the death of KUNST SHS student.
According to him,Nana Akofu Addo made it clear before the reopening of school to final year students and form 2 gold track students that he will ensure that professional doctors and nurses are provided in the various schools to attend to students who may show symptoms of any diseases but failed to honour his promise.
He said,Nana Addo further instructed that no students or so ever go out for any reason and no parent or guardian visit their wards for the period they have to spend in the school.
Dr.Nana Agyenim Boateng announced that,the headmistress who has less idea on health related issue may not be able to attend to the dead student.
Adding that if Nana Addo made available of doctors and nurses to every school as promised the student would have survived by now.
He revealed that, the interdiction of the headmistress of the school is prematured.
Explaining that, the headmistress is not a nurse, neither is she a doctor to attend to the medical needs of the dead student.
‘Gyataba’ who was very furious about the interdiction of the headmistress of KNUST SHS further indicated ,Nana Addo is only using the headmistress as a scapegoat .
He however called on the ministry of education,Ghana Education Service to as a matter of urgency lift the suspension of the headmistress and re-assign her to her position.
