The Ministry of Education, led by Hon. Haruna Iddrisu, has announced that Mankranso Senior High School will be upgraded from a Category C School to a Category B school. This significant elevation comes on the back of the school’s remarkable performance in the 2025 National Science and Maths Quiz (NSMQ).
Mankranso SHS, which impressed many across the country with its impressive performance, has earned national recognition for raising the academic profile of the Ahafo Ano South West District. According to the Minister, the school’s display of excellence at the NSMQ demonstrates its growing capacity and commitment to quality education, making it deserving of improved status and resources.
