MTN Ghana Awards Scholarships To 100 Students

Beneficiaries of MTN Bright Scholarship Reloaded initiative from the Northern sector of the country were awarded their quota after going through a series of interviews.
The beneficiaries were selected from the 16 regions of the country.
Out of the 100 beneficiaries, 62 were boys , 38 girls with 3 other disabled students.
The selection of the students was also based on those who had interest in Engineering, Maths, Science and the rest.
One of the board of directors, Mr. Samuel Koranteng encouraged the awardees to move up    despite the difficulties they have been through.
He continued to say that, the new MTN Bright Scholarship Reloaded will continue to evolve to improve upon the packages given and help give peace of mind to Ghanaian students who are brilliant but needy.
Speaking to the Media, he assured that, the initiative would be made known to those who have no idea about it through the Media.
The awardees were  rewarded with a free tuition, free accommodation, a laptop, as well as  1150 Ghana cedis per semester.
