NAMING AND SHAMING THE PEOPLE BEHIND THIS STINKING PDS DEAL
Fellow Ghanaians, kindly consider this four clauses in the ECG-PDS concessionaire agreement and tell us if ECG was the private company of the people in Government they would have undersigned such conditions.
1. that, PDS can decide to defer the issuance of Guarantee for 2 years or more based on this provision ? Like Seriously?
2. PDS can operate without paying a dime once the parties have connived to agree at a comfortable date such that they could have made enough profit ?
Huh?
3. That, the profit or revenue collected can be used to treat their obligation of $100 million per year.
Jesus Christ!
4. And when there is standoff that calls for the termination of the deal, PDS can walk off free without paying liability of any kind.*
Oh…my……God!
This four clause in the agreement, exposes clearly the capacity, competence and character of the people who signed this stinking Agreement!
Now here are the people who with all the knowledge they have acquired read this agreement and still put pen to paper to sign it on behalf of all of us.

So these people acting on behalf of the Government and the good People of Ghana signed this agreement and relinquished a State Asset worth GHC22Billion to PDS without any shareholder contribution or even taking steps to verify the validity of the demand guarantee.
As for Ken Ofori Attah, I’m pretty sure we are all not surprised, some of us someway somehow are used to his cunning greed, but for Boakye Agyarko, i can only say i am disappointed.
The Boakye Agyarko I know will not put pen to paper to sign this agreement.
Unfortunately, it is his signature that is on this agreement(unless he wants to tell us his signature was forged just like the demand guarantee)
Unfortunately for all those involved in this broad day light thievery, the moment of accountability is nigh and every person in this fraudulent deal is going to account for ounce of complicity in this fraudulent transaction.
