The National Service Personnel Association (NASPA) has congratulated ,Mr Osei Assibey Antwi,Executive Director of National Service Scheme on his award as the CEO of the year .
In a statement copied to broadcastergh.com it was indicated that ,the association was happy to convey the exciting news that their esteemed Executive Director of the Ghana National Service Scheme, (Hon Osei Assibey Antwi) has been honored with the prestigious title as CEO of the year at the Ghana Education Awards.
