Francis Senanu Dekutse, a prominent figure within the National Democratic Congress (NDC), has passionately called on constituents in the Keta Municipality, particularly those in Aborlove, Nolopi, and Havedzi, to set aside past misunderstandings and unite for the party’s victory in the upcoming December 7th general elections. Dekutse emphasized that the path to sustainable development in the region lies in collective support for the NDC, rejecting any notions of voting “skirt and blouse” (splitting votes between different parties for presidential and parliamentary candidates).

Speaking to enthusiastic supporters, Dekutse stressed the importance of prioritizing the collective welfare of the Volta Region and the entire nation. “The NDC is the only party that genuinely cares about the welfare of Ghanaians. We have a track record of bringing massive development, and we intend to continue that legacy,” he asserted. He further noted that the party’s comprehensive agenda promises improvements in key sectors such as healthcare, education, and job creation, ensuring that no Ghanaian is left behind.

Over the weekend, Dekutse led the Volta Regional Campaign Committee on a strategic tour of several wards within the Keta Constituency. The team aimed to acknowledge the remarkable efforts of local party structures and galvanize support ahead of the elections. The wards visited included:

During these visits, the committee demonstrated their commitment by donating 1,000 NDC-branded T-shirts and 250 scarves to the wards and key stakeholders. Dekutse emphasized that these visits are part of a larger strategy to engage all constituencies before the elections, reaffirming the party’s dedication to grassroots mobilization.
