A section of Wassa Amenfi Central constituency Executives of the National Democratic Congress in the Western Region has called on the Party National Executives to Consider Mrs JOANA Gyan Cudjoe to contest the Amenfi Central NDC Parliamentary Primaries which will take off on 13th May 2023 or they should forget about the seat.
According to the Amenfi Central NDC Constituency Treasure,Mr.Dickson Amoateng , the incumbent MP, Hon.Peter Kwakye Ackah has totally failed the constituents.
In a press conference held yesterday, the treasurer maintained that,the NDC cannot boast of anything under the MP’s 11 years of office as DCE and MP.
“Our MP’s 11 years of office is a disgrace to us as members of the great NDC.
We are by this Press conference calling on the National Executives of our great party to at least ensure free contest by allowing all aspirants to contest without any blemish ,this we believe will give us the needed candidate to face the ruling Party in election 2024.
We believe with New candidate aside Kwakye Ackah the seat of Amenfi Central will be the bonafide property of the great NDC.
“Kwakye Ackah is tarnishing the image of the NDC in Amenfi Central with his abysmal performance and if care is not taking NDC Will lose the seat in election 2024.
