Piwak Natural Health has been crowned the overall champion of the 2025 JoySports Invitational Tournament, a prestigious corporate sporting event in Ghana. The team swept four gold medals, showcasing their dominance in various athletic disciplines.
Tournament Highlights.
Piwak Natural Health’s Asamoah won the men’s 100m final with
a blistering time of 11.45 seconds.
The team excelled in the men’s and women’s Lime and Spoon races and the unisex Sack Race.
Other notable winners included:
National Petroleum Authority (NPA): Dominated in swimming, retained their table tennis crown, and won the men’s Tug of Peace.
Apex Bank: Shone in chess and women’s table tennis, earning the Team Spirit Award for their unmatched energy.
– *The Luckiest 712#*: Made a debut impression with gold medals in the CEO penalty shootout, Scrabble, and E-Games.
– GOIL PLC: Won the football tournament, defeating SIC PLC 3-2 on penalties.
The 2025 JoySports Invitational Tournament brought together 51 corporate organizations at the University of Ghana Stadium. The event featured various sports, including football, athletics, swimming, chess, table tennis, and arm wrestling. Chief of Staff Julius Debrah graced the occasion, leading a 5km walk and aerobics session with hundreds of participants .
