Samuel Kwabena Awuku(also known as Sammi Awuku) is the SOLE BENEFICIAL OWNER of NLA Good Causes Foundation yet the NLA Director-General and the Board Chairman, Lawyer Gary Nimako Marfo under the new Contract with the Private Lotto Operators are FORCING the Private Lotto Operators to Pay Annual amount of ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND GHANA CEDIS(GHS 100,000.00) to the NLA Good Causes Foundation which is privately owned by Sammi Awuku as the SOLE BENEFICIAL OWNER.
Initially, the amount of money that Sammi Awuku and Gary Nimako Marfo were forcing the Private Lotto Operators to pay to the NLA Good Causes Foundation was *Two Hundred Thousand Ghana Cedis(GHS 200,000.00).
b). There is NO law under the National Lotto Act 722 and Lottery Regulations that gives Sammi Awuku the authority to register a Private Foundation for the consumption of Public Funds.
c). Which law in Ghana permit a CEO of a Public or State Organization to register a Foundation as a SOLE BENEFICIAL OWNER?
d). Did the Board of NLA or the Ministry of Finance ever authorized Sammi Awuku to register the NLA Good Causes Foundation as a SOLE BENEFICIAL OWNER?
e). Does Sammi Awuku has the mandate to use NLA FUNDS for the projects of NLA Good Causes Foundation of which he is the SOLE BENEFICIAL OWNER?
