Defeated NPP Parliamentary Aspirant for Sekyere Kumawu Constituency in the Ashanti region lawyer Edward Osei Kofi,has gained sympathy from NPP sympathizers in the area.
Scores of NPP members have founded fun club just to mobilize delegates for his come back in the next primaries .
Lawyer Osei who spent close to $6,000 to furnish twenty CHP compounds in his constituency not long ago has now been recognized for his had work and dedication to the community.
Speaking to one of the founders of his fun club(Lawyer Edward Osei Kofi Fun Club)Mr. Atta Frimpong Emmanuel from Oyoko told the media that,the reason for the formation of the fun club is to start mobilising members to ensure that lawyer Edward Osei Kofi becomes the MP in the area during their next elections.
‘We have now realize our mistakes and it’s about time we recognize the mistakes ,put things in order and ensure that he gets the nod next time.
He revealed that, lawyer Kofi Osei has been instrumental in the progress of the constituency.
According to,just recently, lawyer furnished most of the health centres in their area with soap,hand sanitizer, Veronica buckets and other equipment to fight the dreaded Coronavirus.
He said,the steps was to help the president fight the dread Coronavirus pandemic that has hit the world not long ago.
