Sustainable weight loss requires a holistic approach, including a balanced diet, regular exercise, and a healthy lifestyle.”
With lemon water debunked as a weight loss miracle, attention turns to alternative beverages that may support weight reduction. Batra suggests several options, including kahwa, pineapple juice, aloe vera juice, white pumpkin juice, coconut water, and buttermilk.
