The United Progressive Party(UPP) through Mr. Adjei Akrong, the National Chairman/Treasurer has sued Akwasi Addai Odike, the immediate dismissed Chairman of UPP over financial malfeasance and misconduct.
The Suit was filled in Obuasi, Ashanti Region with suit number C12/19/2020.
The National Executive Committee of the United Progressive Party(UPP) would like to state categorically that:
1. Akwasi Addai Odike is NOT the 2020 Presidential Candidate of UPP.
2. Kenneth Nana Kwame Asamoah is NOT the National Chairman of UPP.
3. Akwasi Addai Odike is NOT the National Chairman of UPP.
The United Progressive Party(UPP) is a national party and no single individual can claim a sole ownership of the Party.
The Party and Akwasi Addai Odike will meet in Court next week, 30th September 2020 for the hearing of the substantive case.
