The Chief Executive Officer of the Youth Employment Authority (YEA), Mr. Malik Basintale, has formally welcomed management and staff as the Authority ushers in a new year of service, growth, and renewed commitment to its mandate.
Addressing staff at the beginning of the year, Mr. Basintale commended employees for their dedication and hard work over the past year, noting that their collective efforts have been central to the Authority’s progress.
He called on staff to embrace unity, professionalism, and a shared sense of purpose as YEA moves forward, stressing that teamwork remains critical to the institution’s success.
The CEO reaffirmed the Authority’s commitment to the design and implementation of impactful programmes aimed at creating sustainable employment and empowerment opportunities for the youth of Ghana.
He urged staff to prioritise innovation, accountability, and excellence in the execution of YEA’s initiatives to ensure meaningful outcomes.
