Stephen Kwaku Saahene, National Organizer of United Progressive Party has called on President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo Addo to arrest Chairman Wontumi Or resign as the President of the land.
According to him, Chairman Wontumi has caused mass destruction to our environment than any other person in the Country.
He was of the view that, chairman Wontumi’s activities in the country is equal to highway robbery.
He said, Nana Addo’s inability to arrest Chairman Wontumi indicates that the President himself is actively involved in illegal mining.
“If you are not actively involved in ‘galamsey’ then arrest Chairman Wontumi now and stop harassing journalists with NIB and the police.”Saahene further indicated.
Saahene made it clear that, you can’t express your view in this Country under Nana Addo simply because he takes we the Ghanaians for granted and is willing to harass you with police when he feels offended.
