Alumni of Kpando Secondary School (Kpasec), now Kpando Senior High School, gathered to reinforce their commitment to supporting the schools future, led by keynote speaker Dr. Napoleon Abiwu, PhD. The event, organized by the Kpando Old Students Association (KOSA), focused on the vital role alumni play in the institution’s growth.
Dr. Abiwu called on former students to actively contribute through mentorship, financial support, and infrastructure development. He stressed the importance of alumni engagement, noting that many current students face financial challenges that threaten their academic dreams.

He praised the efforts of notable alumni, including the Group Chairman of the First Sky Group. Tsitsia Eric Seddy Kutortse and the late Lt. Colonel Ken Degboe, whose contributions have significantly impacted the schools progress. Dr. Abiwu also emphasized that alumni success reflects the quality of education at Kpasec, urging graduates to elevate the schools reputation globally.
Dr. Abiwu closed his speech with a resounding call to action, urging all alumni to rally together in their commitment to mentorship, financial support, infrastructure development, and the preservation of the schools values. “As old students, we have a responsibility to give back, to lift up, and to ensure that future generations have every opportunity to succeed.”
