My beloved compatriots,
In exactly one month, on December 7th, we will once again exercise our sacred civic duty by going to the polls to elect a leader who will steer the affairs of our beloved nation for the next four years.
This election stands as a pivotal moment in Ghana’s history, and I feel compelled to address you with a profound sense of urgency and purpose.
The decision you make at the polls on December 7th is not merely about choosing between two parties, the
NDC and the NPP; it is about choosing between two contrasting futures: one that perpetuates the decline and
mismanagement we witness today, and another that seeks to restore hope and set Ghana on a new path toward growth, dignity, and prosperity for all.
This election is more than a political contest; it is a moment for national renewal—a decisive opportunity to reclaim our beloved Ghana. I therefore call on every Ghanaian, young and old, to rise and be counted in this journey to reclaim our nation’s soul.
For far too long, we have witnessed the current NPP government erode the pillars of hope that once stood
firm in our nation.
The youth of Ghana—the heartbeat of our future—have borne the brunt of this mess.
Unemployment, economic hardship, and shattered dreams have become their grim daily reality.
But we cannot, and we will not, accept this as our fate.
Our country deserves better, and Ghanaians are ready for change. We cannot continue with a government led
by a vice president who, despite being entrusted with our economy, has failed woefully, taking us down an
unsustainable path marred by economic mismanagement, corruption, state plunder, abuse of power, and
broken promises.
John Mahama: A Leader You Can Trust.
In John Dramani Mahama, we have a leader who stands tall with a proven track record—a leader of
integrity, vision, and unwavering commitment to the people. John Mahama is not a man of empty words or
fleeting promises; he has shown through action what true leadership entails.
His legacy in infrastructure development, social inclusion, care for the less privileged, and economic growth speaks for itself.
He understands the aspirations of Ghanaians, and he possesses the experience, humility, and integrity to lead us out of this darkness.
The next NDC government, under his leadership, is committed to building a Ghana that works for all.
We will create sustainable jobs through our flagship 24-hour economy policy, revitalize industries, and foster an
environment where every Ghanaian can thrive. This is a solemn promise—a commitment we do not take
lightly.
The challenges before us are great, but so is our resolve. Ghana’s journey to liberate itself from the grasp of
this maladministration and its functionaries, including Dr. Bawumia, will not be achieved through rhetoric
but through steadfast dedication, hard work, and vigilance.
I call on all Ghanaians to support the cause of the NDC and John Mahama as we strive to reset Ghana on the
path of growth and development.
The NDC stands ready, but we need your support. This election is not one
you can afford to ignore; this is our moment to stand on the side of true patriots, whose sole aim is to reclaim
our destiny and guide Ghana back onto the path of prosperity.
To all NDC supporters, cadres, comrades, and sympathizers, I urge you to unite more than ever and work
tirelessly. Let us harbor no complacency. Let’s keep our focus on the goal and stay true to the cause, for ours
is a noble mission.
To the Ghanaian voter: On December 7th, I urge you to simply look for the Umbrella symbol and vote not only for John Mahama but also for every NDC MP candidate across the nation. Together, we will be a government that truly serves all Ghanaians.
Let us stand united.
Vote for John Dramani Mahama.
Vote for the NDC.
Let’s build the Ghana we all want.
